I usually do not give the top star as a rule because there is room for growth for all. However, it is not about that. In life, for me it is not so much about what you do (which is important) but how you make people feel. I genuinely felt valued from Lillie. Lillie was kind, patient, efficient, thorough, and down to earth. I appreciate how she stepped in (after an unpleasant experience with someone else) and took off handling our adoption. My husband and I are pleased and grateful for caring, good, professional people at Marshall and Taylor. Thanks to Andrea (who truly redeemed my trust to continue with Marshall and Taylor. She's a true asset to M&T), Elisha, Sarah and Remington for all you have done as well. May God bless each of you real good!

The team at Marshall & Taylor is top-notch, and I have particular appreciation for Lillie Ashworth. She represented me in a complicated and contentious divorce that spanned three years. Throughout it all Lillie was always on top of the details. She brought in the right expert witnesses at the right time, and she is a skillful negotiator. The case settled, favorably, and I am grateful to Lillie for her diligence and determination.

I worked with Jeff Marshall and Sarah Privette with a difficult divorce involving a complex estate. I did a significant amount of diligence work myself to provide Jeff information which he defended wholeheartedly. This process was long and drawn out, frustrating at times, and expensive which seems typical for this industry in general. Jeff worked hard to get me the best possible outcome and helped me see issues from the court perspective.

I highly recommend Jeff and his team for a thorough and thoughtful approach to mediated separation. Jeff was very prepared for all of our meetings and allowed me sufficient time to research any materials for the follow-on conference calls in order to maximize productivity.
