Excellent!!!! Maryland Windows and Doors were fast, efficient, timely, and professional. We had our sliding door replaced, some windows repaired , and new shutters installed. Communication was continuous and we were kept up to date through every step of the project. Couldnt have asked for a better experience!

Overall great service by the workers and fair price in comparison to others in the area. Was able to get custom steel doors to my liking. Both workers were great and hard working and helped out with certain requests and questions in a timely manner. Communication was good and timely except for partially the follow up post construction where there was a small fix needed. I worked and ordered with Ross Carmen and he was very knowledgeable for the door install and things i needed/didn't need going in and gave me a sense of confidence. Would definitely recommend for those local in the MD area.

I bought both doors and windows from Maryland Windows and Doors and I wouldnt hesitate to use them again. Ross came to my house so I could make my selections, an order was promptly placed and as soon as the products came in they were installed. I live in a 110 year old house and the installer knew exactly how to make everything perfect without sacrificing the character of my old home. They are beautiful and I am 100% satisfied.

Products work well and look good, and installation also went well and the timelines matched the industry standard. Prices were good, better than the average I'd say and all employees were very nice. My only negative takeaway is phone or email communication sometimes took multiple days to get a response. Otherwise, no complaints.

I had a great experience all around. I got quotes from 5 window companies, and theirs was the best by far. The consultation and measurement was quick and efficient, and they were very transparent with me about pricing and what may or may not make sense for me. Once the windows were in, the installation was done in one day.
In an industry that seems to be centered around pressuring customers and trying to maximize profit, it was a very refreshing experience feeling like they were looking out for me. If/when I do another replacement, Id go to Maryland Windows and Doors immediately without getting quotes elsewhere.

I had Ross come out and give me an estimate and he showed me andmy wife all the options for a new front door. He priced out the specific details and was competitively priced. The install went great and the front door looks amazing. Great local company, I had bigger companies come out and they treated you like a number not a customer kind of talking down to you, Ross didnt do that. He listened and he suggested instead of forcing a decision. If you want quality go with Maryland Windows and Doors

We needed to replace all the windows in our house, 14 plus a large bathroom window crank style window. The house was built in 1991 so I didnt want to spend an arm and leg since the R-factor of the house is probably lower then todays. I know what Anderson and Pella windows would cost. I didnt really want to sacrifice quality for price, went through that before. This brings me to Maryland Windows and Door. I was very satisfied with the price and quality of the windows. Financially, I couldnt do all the windows at once. They more than willing to do 1/2 dozen or so at a time without hesitation. No fancy sales pitches or buy 3 get 1 free nonsense, because if you know, nothing is free. They were straight to the point. Measured, ordered and installed in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend Maryland Windows and Doors on your next project.

Maryland Windows and Doors gave me the cheapest quote, but they didn't put me under any pressure to go with them. Their windows carry a lifetime guarantee. They were flexible on timing and always answered my emails. The installer was excellent! He cleaned up after himself and left no mess. I'd use them again.

My wife and I are very happy to say the least with our new sliding glass door. We bought the house over 20 years ago and when we did, we found out that our sliding glass door was a builder's basic door. Up until the last 6 or 7 years the door was fine, But, we had trouble with the lock and both door handles. The "glide" in our sliding door became a very hard to close "no glide" door.
In the end, the door was very hard to close and the door lock was non-existent/broken.
We had Ross out to the house and he did an impeccable job at educating us on sliding glass doors. He examined our issue with our door and then came up with several options on a new door which he explained thoroughly to us.
Ross was not pushy at all. My wife and I were so happy not to have a the sales games which some companies do.
The installation of our new door was executed extremely well, too. Done in half a day.

Maryland Windows did a fabulous job! I live in a house built in 1872 which had an original door. As much as I hated to replace something original to the house, it was time. Maryland Windows had the PERFECT door that fit our not-so-square home. The installer took the time to find the best molding to match our original 150 year old molding. He even came back a second time with a better match as he wasn't satisfied with the one he brought first! As is the case in most older homes, the walls are an unusual thickness and the angles are no longer square but the door is as snug as a bug in a rug due to the expertise of the installation! The style is classic and the functionality is superb. Well done, highly recommend!
