Mattke Engineering. Was established in 1988, as a consulting company delivering Water Resources Engineering and Civil Engineering services. In 1994, Land Surveying services were added and the name changed to Mattke Surveying & Engineering. MSEI) Clients vary from single home-owners (on land surveys, and drainage and flood plain issues) to Land Developers, to other Engineers and Architects, to Attorneys in need of Expert aid.
