The firm started in 1943 as the Syracuse Safe and Lock Company, established by Stanley Maziuk, Sr. And his wife Anne. Locksmithing services were performed along with Stanley Sr.s technical specialty, safe and bank vault work, learned from his years with Yale and Towne manufacturing. In the 1950's the emphasis on builders hardware rapidly grew, and the service end of the business was sold. The name was changed to Maziuk and Co. . Later d/b/a Maziuk Wholesale Distributors, serving the Upstate New York and Central New York regions from our office and warehouse facilities in Syracuse, New York.
