Samuel McCuskey began McCuskey Construction Consultants in August 1995, after completing the California Center for the Arts in Escondido. Sam McCuskey served as the Project Director for the Center for the Arts for six years, from January 1989, the beginning of the design phase, through the resolution of all issues in August 1995. McCuskey Construction Consultants accomplished many diverse assignments during the 1st five years. Their initial work consisted primarily of construction claims and dispute resolution.
