The Meat Market had its start in 1976 as a tiny family owned firm. The firm served local residents and restaurants. With the urging of our frequent clients we opened our 1st in house BBQ (THE GRILL ) Now a tradition in the San Joaquin Valley, The Grill has plans to build numerous locations. The Meat Market's 2nd location on Fowler and Shepherd is now open to serve you. Still family owned & operated we plan on serving the Fresno and Clovis area for generations to come.
