Dr. Harley completed his undergraduate work at Brown University. He is a graduate of Harvard Medical School and completed his residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Michigan. He completed a Research and Clinical Fellowship in Head and Neck Surgery and Laryngeal Transplantation at Harvard Medical School and Brigham and Women's Hospital. Dr. Harley is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology. His special interests include: sinus surgery, ENT allergy, pediatrics and facial plastic surgery.
