In the beginning, sole owner William B. Rabourn, Jr., focused MCG's services on medical business strategy, marketing, mergers, and business operations. By 1998, MCG had welcomed five new employees, including Stephen Sheppard, CPA, COE, and Robert McCarville, MPA.
