Mr. Larry J. Meers, P. E. CEO of Meers Engineering. Was employed by Tippett & Gee from 1973 until 1995. During those twenty-two (22) years, he served as the Project Engineer for all substation and transmission projects for the City of Garland. Additionally, he was responsible for the electrical for Ray Olinger No. 3 generating plant and some modifications and additions to the plant. These include Back-Up Power, CEM Units, Heavy Fuel Oil Conversion, Boiler Modifications and assisted in Control System upgrade.
