Take streets E to Delaware Avenue. Head N to Frankford Avenue and make a left. Turn right at Eyre Street and then a right on Memphis Street. Arrive at Memphis Flats. Take I-95 S to Girard Avenue exit. Follow Girard Avenue S to Palmer Street and make a right. Follow Palmer for three blocks and Memphis Flats will be on the correct.
