My carpet looks awesome. We had just moved into our new home. One of my dogs was so afraid to go potty outside he would potty in my house. They came out and was able to remove it and no more smell. On the happy note he has adjusted and is now going potty outside.

The guys at Metro Chem Dry have cleaned our carpets and sofas for years. We used them when we lived in a house in west Omaha and we continue to use them as we moved to a downtown condo. They are transparent when discussing what can and cant be cleaned, and they are quick but focused on completing the job impeccably. I have never had any concerns when they are on the job.

What a delightful experience. The technician(I've forgotten his name) showed up on time, set up quickly, asked questions, and got to work. And he had his work cut out for him. 20+ year old carpets along with 2 pets and a husband that can't remember to wipe his shoes has left some hideous heavy traffic areas. And they're gone. Even some oil/paint stains caused by the rocker mechanism in an old recliner chair is gone.
The rooms were slightly damp for a few hours, but not damp enough to make my socks wet. Everything looks great. The tech was really good at his job, answered questions, and left the place spotless. All of this. AND.a good price. I will be using them again.

Brett was great to work with. Responsive and worked around my schedule as best he could. In purchased a second hand sectional off of Facebook marketplace and I wanted to make sure it was cleaned and sanitized before using it, and chemdry did a great job. From what I understand, cheaper than the competitors in the area also. Services Upholstery cleaning
