read moreAnyone, regardless of age is eligible to complete the Florida Permit Test (Class E Knowledge Exam) in person at one of our offices. It does not matter how old you are, or how, where, or with whom you completed the 4 hour first time driver drug and alcohol course. Our Florida Driving Test can is for those getting a learner permit or getting a Florida Driver's License. The fee for the proctored exam is $45.00. Also offered online for only $24.95, but must be under the age of 18 years old. Metro Traffic School is licensed by the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (DHSMV) to offer the Class E Knowledge Exam online and in person.

read moreThe 8 hour Intermediate Driver Improvement Course may be taken by Internet, or in a Live class format. This course is similar in context to the 4 hour, but is a bit more detailed in addressing driver safety. This course may be taken in place of the 4 hour course in SOME COUNTIES if you have already taken a 4 hour course within the past twelve months, in order to avoid points for the second traffic violation. Please see the list of County Clerks of Court, and contact the clerk of court in the county in which the ticket was received to verify if they accept the 8 hour Program.

read moreThe DVD course is an alternate solution for those students who also would like to enjoy the flexibility of completing the course in the comfort of their home, yet do not feel comfortable navigating their way around the internet or a computer. To register simply call our registration center and we will send the DVD out to you. When you receive the video/DVD package (usually within a day or two) you can keep it as long as you need to complete the course. Basically to complete the course you must watch the DVD and answer some questions.

read moreThe course is divided up into four 50 minutes sections, with 10 minute breaks in between. In order to receive credit for time spent on a section, you must save your time before logging off. When you log on again it will take you to where you were when you logged off. Once you read through the material and answer the questions correctly you will then answer and submit the final quiz. The quiz is comprised of 40 multiple choice and true & false questions. You must get 80% (32 questions) correct to get credit for the course.
