Sr. Tech Eric B. efficiently took meticulous care of our family's plumbing issues for this visit. I was truly impressed by his vast knowledge and how he literally explained what were our issues, what likely caused them, and he further made recommendations for different courses of action, but always informed us as to what was the latest quality parts and methods and left us the choice for how to move forward.

We had a wonderful experience with Eric.he explained us everything in detail that was wrong with our sewage and plumbing stuff.he is knowledgeable and went out of the box to fix our problem.he is a true example of good customer service.we bought the gold plan he explained us about as it will help us save thousands.it was a beautiful day spent with him as he dint worry about the time and even explained us about things which was beyond his expertise.so Eric u r a star and all stars r less for you.
