read morePower Hour Personal training is a private or semi private workout with one of our certified trainers here at the Center. Each workout is one hour and they are by appointment only. In this workout we tailor a program that will help you reach any fitness goals you may have by combining the best endurance elements of Kickboxing and Boxing conditioning, strength training, flexibility, with advice on nutrition and supplements. Each workout is unique and challenging and whereas the National average for a client / trainer relationship is only 3 months, many of our clients have been training here with their trainers for over 10 years.
