Jim Middleton, owner, has been in the air conditioning and heating business for over 20 years. He started his career in Oklahoma and moved to Arizona in 1991. Since 1991 he has been servicing and replacing A/C systems in both residential and commercial settings all over the Valley. He has probably even been to your home or business before! Jim currently holds a license by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for commercial and residential air conditioning.

Jamie Middleton, owner, spent the first 15 years of her career as a Licensed Practical Nurse. She now offers her services full time at Middleton Air Conditioning, Inc. as a dispatcher, secretary, and office manager. She is constantly thinking of new ways to propel and move the business forward.

Samantha Middleton, owner, has more than 10 years of Accounting experience. She has held a variety of leadership and management positions in various industries. Her first experience in the A/C business was working under her father as an apprentice at a previous A/C company. She will be offering her services at Middleton Air Conditioning, Inc. as an accountant and helping with aspects of managing the operations of the company.
