Matthew Lacey did a wonderful job and is a pleasure to deal with. We discovered that there was an issue with one of the island pendant lights I purchased, so he had to make 2 trips to our home to complete the installation. He was, prompt and professional on both occasions and would gladly hire again.

My technician, Cody Roberts, did an amazing job in inspecting my HVAC and Furnace. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I will recommend Milestone Electric A/C and Plumbing to my friends and family!

It was my first time to engage "Milestone Electric, A/C, & Plumbing", and I have to say that I was extremely impressed and happy with my experience. I had submitted a request online and later that morning I was pleasantly surprised by the warmth and professionalism of the lady who handled my request and scheduling. Additionally, there was a follow up call by another person to see if I would be able to accommodate their technician a little earlier since they were already in the area.

Upon arrival, two gentlemen arrived in Milestone uniforms and I could tell by their introduction and demeanor that they were ready to tackle just about any electrical problem that I could give them. So, I proceeded to discuss the initial reason for the call which was to install an outlet in the area where my water heater was. (I wanted the outlet to power a newly installed FloodStop device on the water heater since I didn't want to rely on batteries for the devices operation.) Bryan (the lead electrician) discussed how they would approach the installation and what they would be looking for.

He was very detail oriented and explained everything. I had some additional electrical work that I had questions about and Bryan listened to my thoughts and provided his advice on each future plan that I had. He worked up the solutions and pricing so that I could plan appropriately. He also explained the "Milestone Advantage Plan", its costs and benefits.

And he provided pricing on each solution with and without the plan. Work was completed "in a flash", just like their motto says! I definitely appreciated the great professionalism exhibited by Bryan and Simon as well as the rest of the office staff. I look forward to doing additional business with them to handle my large-scale electrical needs.

Blair and Francisco (his trainee) gave our systems a thorough once over and did some minor preventive maintenance. He also gave some pointers on system improvements and alternatives for future consideration. I appreciate the video and the pointers. Very courteous and personable. Good representatives of Milestone!

Technician Charles appeared in a timely manner. He was knowledgeable and relayed information in a manner that was understandable. He performed the required service, shared results, and exited my property in the same professional manner he arrived. Highly recommend him for future services through Milestone.

We had Phillip from Milestone come out this morning and assist with a porch light that needed some explanation on how it works. (New home to my family) He walked me thru all the options of the light and was very easy to work with in getting everything ironed out. Happy customer today, and I'm sure a repeat in the future.

Update w another service! Just got an electrical home inspection with Cody. He was awesome. I wish I could give this company 6 stars! I'm so happy I found this company. Everyone from customer service (I think it was Jasmine) to the plumber Marquis was SOOOO pleasant, professional, and helpful. My plumber explained everything in detail and did an amazing job! Thank You! I will definitely recommend!

Brett with Milestone was the BEST! He was very thorough in our maintenance, offered advice on our system and was just a pleasure to work with! Milestone has been a great company for us so far, they have been honest and have done great work. If you get the opportunity ask for Brett! You will not be disappointed!

Saw and his team at Milestone are fantastic! The work was completed quickly and professionally. I had a hot water leak and two leaky outdoor spigots- Saw took care of them and was friendly and informative during the whole process. Outstanding experience!

Shan and his team - Mason and Javier - did a great job replacing and updating my electrical box today. They were focused and skilled and completed all segments of the order in less time than estimated. They were also just nice guys and a pleasure to work with. Value.

I live in an older home and knew the time would come when I'd have to address some electrical safety issues. Having recently become a Milestone advantage customer, I decided to take advantage of the perk for a free Safety Inspection. Alex arrive within 30 minutes of my arrival timeframe exhibiting the friendliest personality. After explaining the process, he got started.

After about 45 minutes, he presented me with his findings. It wasn't bad at all for a house nearing 40 years old. He, also, point out things which weren't critical which I should be aware. There wasn't any scary sales pitch just the facts. I appreciated his candor and insights. Looking forward to him returning to perform the tasks we agreed upon.

Brett did a great job. He was very thorough and detailed in his work. He explained things to me very well. I felt he was honest and forthright in his assessments and work. He went above and beyond in his attention to detail and completeness. The value for the dollar was excellent. Would welcome him back for our next service.

Jose did a thorough maintenance evaluation. He explained the situation we had and options very clearly. We appreciate his time spent talking us through everything.

Very impressed with Milestone. They Have been out to our house several times and are always professional, clean and take the time to explain their work and walk you through what was done. I like how they can service the entire house, it takes the stress away from trying to find different contractors I can trust.

We've used Milestone for a few years now. Always good service. The techs are all great and very professional. They really stand behind their work. Today we had Justin come out for our regular AC tune up. He was on time and very thorough. He deserves a raise!

Our technician Blair was fantastic. He was very professional thorough and quick. He had a great upbeat attitude and answered all of our questions and did not try to oversell any additional services, but he did inform us of important information we needed to be aware of. We will ask for him again.

Neil was excellent in doing a whole home electrical inspection for us. We had problems with our new build electrician contractors, so we called Milestone to come check the work the builders did. Neil was extremely thorough, and answered every single question I had. Thank you Neil & Milestone for easing our minds and doing such great thorough work! We appreciate you. We'll for sure use Milestone going forward and request Neil for any work we may need done in the future!

I had milestone service my ac and repair home water shut off valve. Justin Bullard came out for the ac tune up and Josh J and Saul did the plumbing work. All three technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly. They recommended different tiers of work at different price ranges to fit my needs and explained in detail what each covered and what they would recommend. They even walked me through what they were going to do and how it would help. All of them did great jobs as well. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Brandon and Emily were very professional and thorough in the installation of our canned lighting. Brandon took extra time to explain and confirm where we'd like the lights to go. Emily has a good eye for design and offered helpful recommendations to ensure the lights were placed in the best locations. So pleased with them both. Highly recommend!

Ryan was VERY thorough with explanation! He was patient with answering all my questions and made a detailed note for us to look at it later. We are glad he came and checked things out and he even took his time to take a double look at our unit! Thanks for much for your work Ryan!
