Millard Mac Kay & Delles

The company was set up in 1948 by Roy D Millard LS, and through the years has evolved through many names, such as Millard & Millard Land Surveyors, David Millard Land Surveyor, Millard & MacKay Land Surveyors and Civil Engineers to the present Millard, MacKay and Delles Land Surveyors LLP. The company has done surveying work of all sizes throughout the US and Central America. While the bulk of our surveying work has been for private companies, we currently have done work for the US Army Corps of Engineers, The National Parks Service and the New York State Facilities Development Corp.
