In 2003 he established a strategic partnership with Tim Minnix of Minnix Companies and in 2006 acquired Minnix Custom Homes & Remodeling. In 2007, the name was officially changed to Brian Waller Custom Homes & Remodeling, marking a new era in the Lubbock custom home & remolding market.
