Our services include residential boxing and crating, export crating, vapor barrier, shrinkwrap, and marking and labeling. We're the primary LCL (Less than Container Load) ocean import CFS serving Central Virginia, Western Virginia, Southwest Virginia, and Eastern West Virginia.

read moreThe roots of M*I*S*C begin back in the early 1980's with Fred Mackta. He worked with DB Schenker Inc.who had established a customs bonded freight station in Richmond, VA. Here they received customs-in-bond, LCL freight destined for central Virginia, as well as providing crating, skidding and other packaging services. In the late '80's, Schenker decided to close down their warehouse operations in Richmond, but Fred saw the demand for these services plus the potential for expansion. In 1989, Fred and his wife, Linda created Multi Interest Service Corp. (M*I*S*C) and quickly established a reputation for specialized service with a personal touch.
