read moreWe had a great weekend at the Bernardo Winery Fall Arts and Crafts Fair. A big thank you to the wonderful staff at the winery and all who came out to support the artists. Hope to see you all again at the spring arts and crafts fair. A scream was had by all at the Midsummer Scream Halloween event in Long Beach, CA. Thank you from Misguided Designs to all who came out to see the wonderful costumes and vendors who normally aren't seen until October. We did have to keep the lights down inside the venue for this one for our own safety.

read moreOMG Kim, That box is absolutely beautiful and needless to say I cried when I opened the package. Both she and her mom (who happens to be my best friend since middle school in 1971) are going to be so touched by it and they will cherish it forever. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I have received the box. I love it! Great job. It will be tough to keep it secretly stashed away for a month as we don't plan to give it to him until his Eagle Court of Honor on the eleventh of March. I'll be giving your name to several other families in my Troop as we hope to have 3 or 4 more Eagles this year.

read moreI painted the 9" x 12" canvas of a Great Horned Owl that hangs on the wall. The owl means a lot to our family because some of us had interactions with an owl after he passed. Dad, you are cherished in my heart forever. My 2017 tree was inspired by the beautiful shoji screens from Japan. I used a window insert not being used from my house and glued different colors of tissue paper onto the back of each square. Set in front of the window the day light was beautiful coming through the tissue paper.
