In addition to the Independent Jewelers Organization (IJO) and Jewelers of America seminars Newt and the Mitchell's Jewelry team attend, Newt regularly travels to Antwerp, Belgium to hand select diamonds for Mitchell's Jewelry clients. Newt is active in IJO and Mitchell's Jewelry has been recognized as the number one Antwerp diamond importer of the more than 850 IJO stores throughout the US.
