Mod Mama

Rachel Brian established Mod Mama in 2005, after the birth of her 1st child. At a loss to find cool clothes for boys, Rachel, a former illustrator, educator, and monkey scientist, sought to build a specialty web shop for like-minded moms. The flagship storefront in Providence opened in 2006 on the heels of the birth of Milo (baby #2) The Mod Mama shop situated in Providence's historic Wayland Square neighborhood has become a meeting spot for local moms (with many of toys to amuse the littlest shoppers, too)
