Montagno Insurance Agency. Is a Connecticut based All-lines Independent Insurance Agency. The company was set up in October 1964 by Caesar Montagno. In 1989, upon Caesar's retirement, Mark Montagno & Ronald Migliorisi, son & son-in-law of Caesar, became the Principals of the Agency.
