In November 1987 Melvin T. Morgan Roofing & Sheet Metal Co. . Was born. Melvin T. Morgan Jr. Was working at John T. Morgan Roofing Co as Superintendant and Vice President, and his wife Deborah Morgan was a RN at Roanoke Memorial Hospital. They both gave notice and started the tedious process of building a successful business. The very next week after leaving employment, Melvin T. Morgan Jr. Received payment for the 1st completed job. In Nov. 1987 the 1st firm truck was purchased and the firm has continued to expand rapidly since then.
