Kids and teenagers can be targets of crime and exploitation in the electronic environment. Therefore, parents and guardians must either sign a permission slip for any person under 18 years of age to access the Internet, or remain with their minor child during the Internet session. The permission slip must be signed in the presence of the Librarian. Parents or guardians, not the Library team, are responsible for the Internet information selected and/or obtained by their kids.
