I reached out to Moskowitz LLP for help pursuing ERC reimbursement from the IRS. I had no luck making any progress on my own, and although the government stopped processing for a considerable time, Moskowitz was able to leverage their contacts to expedite and ultimately resolve the long-awaited reimbursement. Very professional, responsive and capable, highly recommend them for any type of business matters that need legal help.

I applied and was approved for 4 ERC payments and only received 3. I waited for approximately 1 year to get the final payment without success. I contacted Steves office frequently trying to get an answer of when I would get the final payment. I was offered an accelerated program that Steve suggested and I got my final payment in full before I even got the bill from my credit card company for the fee. All I can say is it was super quick and well with the extra fee to secure the paymentthanks to Steve and his staff!!

We started working with Moskowitz LLP for 2022 tax returns after coming out of the pandemic and having a really difficult time finding a new CPA. We are literally a Mom & Pop business and a very small account for a CPA firm. Moskowitz took us on and guided us through the COVID intricacies. I was having a terrible time switching to QuickBooks online and Zhanna Mironova held my hand and with patience and a lot of hard work got me through. When I had a tax matter arise for a business entity I controlled, I contacted his tax law office.

To whom ever reads this:
I would like to start out by stating that the situation that I found myself in was completely of my own doing. When I supplied my tax preparer with my information I failed to realize that I did not have all of my 1099s for that year. So he could not input materials that he was not supplied.
When you have someone prepare your taxes and something does not seem correct question it.
It seemed to me that my tax amount should have been higher but I did not question it at the time.
My experience with Moskowitz LLP was very good. I received a letter from the IRS stating that I had unreported income of nearly 400K and that they believed that I owed approximately 82K in back taxes.
I immediately called Moskowitz LLP whom I had heard advertise on the radio that they could deal with items like this, I left a message. That same day I received a call from Mr. Moskowitz and had a discussion on what I believed had happened (these funds were from an inheritance not income). He explained how his company worked, with a flat rate down payment (which to a 70 year old seemed a little expensive, but after thinking about it in these times it really wasnt unreasonable) that covered I believe the first 30 hours of his firms time, and if it took longer than this to resolve the issue that there would be an hourly charge accordingly. He also stated that in the end I might end up owing IRS the full amount but he hoped that I would not.
The system that they have is very easy to use even for a 70 old. I down loaded copies of the initial letter from the IRS to get started then downloaded further correspondence as I received it.
It took a couple of months with them going back and forth with IRS but the issue was resolved with me owing the IRS approximately 3.3K instead of the 82K they were originally looking for.
I would have no hesitation telling anyone to go to Moskowitz LLP with any issue regarding the IRS.
