Mousecalls® Computer Service

Lan established MouseCalls in February of 1998, after working for Packard Bell NEC computers as a local technical representative. Alan saw a need for professional IT support for individuals and tiny businesses that was not being met. Alan grew the business to 500 customers before electing to expand in 2003. Now, MouseCalls serves more than 4000 customers, with a concentration on tiny businesses and non-profits.
