read moreThey were very patient as I had to reschedule twice. I appreciated that. The guys were friendly and did a good job. Nothing got damaged. I did think it a bit odd that one of them asked me to make him tea. If I had been a man it felt very sexist. Anyway, I almost took off a star because Julia, the dispatcher (I don't know her official title, she could own the place for all I know) wasn't very warm and left me feeling put off when we'd interact.

Great service!
I just coordinated a move for a friend. I looked online for movers and requested bids from three. Movable immediately provided a very detailed bid. Rather than coming to your residence to give you a bid, they ask you to submit pictures and a summary of your home size and contents. That was a big time saver for my friend. Before the move, I sent many questions to Julia in their office via email. Again, I received very quick responses from her. The day of the move went great. In all of the moves I have been involved in, I have never seen two people move so efficiently and quickly to get boxes and furniture loaded in the truck. They "Saran Wrapped" and blanket wrapped things where appropriate. They unloaded everything in the same manner at the other end. None of the furniture or boxes sustained any damage. The two movers, Kevin and Mike, did an excellent job. And also, out of all the bids I received, Movable was the least expensive. Value for Money
