Lighting and set design was executed by Mr. Magic Carpet Ride Productions. This was part of a series of videos filmed in New York City of the Juan Andrs Ospina Big Band. We spent time with Juan Andrs in the Spring and Winter during different phases of his studio recording process and created four separate videos showing the unique differences in the seasons for a social media campaign.

read moreI enjoy all kinds of projects whether they are art-centric or commercially driven. Each of the two have their own elements that draws me to them. There is something really fulfilling about helping a person or entity promote their efforts for commercial success, especially when the video that we create is a major catalyst in reaching a new audience. Artistically driven works serve as a constant reminder that it is important to always strive to do something meaningful. Film and even television has been a big part of how I have come to interpret the world around me and I believe that creating thoughtful, honest works in the motion picture medium is an excellent way to influence our society for the better.
