MTD Marketing

After MTD President Mike Danforth had earned a foothold in the marketing business, he had an idea: Why not put his own experience as an expert musician literally raised in school music programs together with his know-how in the marketing industry Mike and his wife, Lisa, launched MTD in the living room of their small apartment in Chicago. Today, MTD is located in Colorado Springs and has several full-time employees, plus an in-house battalion of researchers employed throughout the school year.
