Gino and team took care of permits and cars on the street, cleaned up after every day including any debris that fell on the neighbor's roof, did a LOT of custom flashing to cover parapets, added vents that the old roof never had, and immediately took care of every question we had BEFORE invoicing us a dime. They photographed and documented every step of the way, including any photos that we took of concerns or questions that we had, with aerial drone views.

Our roof went from being a nightmare to us every time it rained to being a thing of beauty.

The original flat-roof garage for our 100-year old house was falling apart at the seams and after getting the concrete block parapet replaced and the structure shored-up, it was time to replace the roofing material. MY Pittsburgh Roofing was transparent, informative, and incredibly communicative throughout the whole process. They filmed and described what needed to be done during the estimate phase and gave a detailed and itemized estimate. The day of the work the crew showed up, practically an army, and they worked all day until everything but the gutter was done, which they showed up for the next day. They also took pictures during the process, which are not only interesting to look at just to have a peek into the process, but show the care they put into their work. The masons who worked on the garage before them left a mess behind with blobs of mortar all over but these guys left the place spotless. I highly recommend MY Pittsburgh Roofing!

They covered everything on our property while tearing down the old roof and the clean up looked better than before they started!. I was in a pickle with my home unexpectedly needing a roof when the last roof was supposedly put on just 9 years ago. Gino came to the rescue quickly. I contacted MY Pittsburgh Roofing for my 4th roof replacement quote after a recommendation from someone who had recently used them. Gino was the most thorough of the vendors I talked to, explaining things in a way that really showcased his extensive knowledge and experience. Between that and the clarity of the quote itself, I had more confidence that we were getting the right solution for our needs compared to the other vendors. Nine days later, we had our new roof, which added a new ridge vent, edge vents, and exhaust vents. They also installed new gutter guards. The process was great, and I appreciated being able to track the crew's progress throughout the day with the photos they uploaded through their portal. After completion, they spent a lot of time cleaning up and walking around looking for any stray nails and debris. Overall, I was very happy and have already recommended them to others.

Geno was great to work with. He was able to schedule my relatively small roof replacement within a week after I contacted him. He always responded quickly when I called and he answered my many questions thoroughly and patiently.
