Bad experience, so much for my "me day"

I went in for my first time today and was quoted one price on the phone and they charged me double for the service after it was done. The nail polish on my toes have bubbles in it and the shellac on my nails looks kinda clubbed on the ends like its gonna drip off. They refused to give my money back instead offering to fix it. The young woman that I spoke to was rude and condescending. After all that who would want go back. I would highly suggest going somewhere else.
