read moreNaomi's Inn has someone at the desk 24 hours a day and at least 2 employees present to take your reservations or when checking in late or early. When checking in late we also have an option to text directions on entry directly to your cell phone. Late check-in fees will not apply if you opt for the cell phone message. Early and late check-in fees are normally $15 extra, but may be more depending on the extremity of time disparity. This is because our wait staff and housekeepers must prepare the room early for your arrival, thus altering the daily schedule.

read moreIn choice situations we may choose to waive the pet fee. Direct bookings where your pet is technically a 2nd guest for instance may be an instance where we waive the fee. Dogs that are large or tend to shed are more than likely going to still incur a fee. There are only a few rooms we allow pets. Due to allergic reasons, and to avoide chaos we allow 1 set of pets per floor. We do our best to not have loud pets in adjacent rooms so they do not hear each other and decide to start an audible war heard throughout the house.

read moreFrom 8:30-9:30 am, join us for a hot plated breakfast. The "table" (our one of a kind piano bar) is set for communal seating while we have a table for two set off to the side or the option to have breakfast delivered so guests can choose to have their own table or mingle and meet other guests. Breakfast includes orange juice and two different hot entres. We offer both sweet and savory entrees and we vary our recipes daily. We are always able however to mix up some scrambled or fry an egg if the days special does not fit your appetite.

read moreYes, we do give price breaks based on your stay. There is no set in stone number but it is generally in tiers by the amount of time stayed. Obviously staying a week is not as big of a price break as staying a month. Due to the flexibility and murkiness of Massachusetts law we don't typically allow people to stay longer than 2 months. This is due to residency laws. We are a small place and can't be tied up with things of this nature. Depening on the nature of your stay and the amount of time commited we do take a deposit of at least 10% sometimes more if you are booking more than one room.
