Natural Health Massage Therapy

When I returned to Tucson in 2006, I completed a six-month training program at Providence Institute to refresh my experience and skills in Swedish Massage. At Providence, I learned to incorporate techniques from deep tissue, Shiatsu, trigger point, myofascial, and cranial-sacral work in sessions with customers. As my practice continues to expand, I participate in workshops regularly, offer chair massages to local business and at community events, and teach classes on Aging Well.
