Cole returned after initial treatment as the garage had been cleaned out and could get better coverage. He was thorough and climbed into the attic to check the mouse activity and having found some replenished and put out traps. Explained the next time they came out they would look for holes where they could get in and try to block those. Did not want to do that now as then they couldn't get back outside to get water like they would normally do. I appreciated the explanation and hope we can get these critters out of there. They belong in the woods, not in the attic or the house.: thank you Cole.

Cole is always responsive, quick when he's spraying the house, and NatureShield Pest Solutions a good value for spraying quarterly. If we have any concerns, Cole addresses those areas and will come out between sprays if needed! It's been over a year since I've seen a crawling insect in our house! Dawson explained their services thoroughly over the phone, as well as up front with the pricing and payment plan. Scheduling was super easy! Cole came out to do our service and he was friendly with a firm handshake. He ensured all our questions were answered as well as listened to our concerns, especially our concerns about preserving the bees.
