Ms. Cashman started her real estate career in 1987, obtaining her Broker's license in 1995, purchased Pond View Realtors in 1998 and formed her current partnership in 1999. Licensed in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island and familiar with all aspects of real estate sales, her specialty is new construction. Ms. Cashman was Realtor of the Year 2000 as chosen by her peers at the Greater New Bedford Association of Realtors. Marie was singled out for her involvement in association activities, the community, and her business accomplishments.
