New Orleans Safe Driving School was established in 1984 by retired Greyhound Bus Driver, Jewel A. Carney. Mr. Carney saw a need in the community to instruct individuals on how to operate a motor vehicle in the right manner and how to stay out of collisions using defensive driving strategies.
