New West Partitions. Was set up in 1983 by Kem Modellas. Our firm has expanded to become one of the most respected complete service Exterior & Interior Systems Contractor in the Greater Sacramento Area. New West Partitions provides all our customers Design Build Coordination for any project. We joint venture with Architects CH&D Associates with Engineering assistance from Clark Western Design to supply a comprehensive set of working construction drawings.
