The health center was founded in 1992 by a group of Vietnamese professionals who responded to the needs to the community. Our mission is to provide affordable and comprehensive family-based health services to the individuals who may not otherwise have access to healthcare due to financial, language, cultural, lifestyle, or psychological barriers-regardless of their ability to pay. Health centers under the Health Services & Resources Administration (HRSA) are community-based and patient-directed organizations that deliver comprehensive, culturally competent, high-quality primary health care services.
