We are so pleased with Nick Tracey Roofing. We needed a new roof and attic ventilation. They installed ventilation, a roof vent, and inspected the attic while installing the new roof. There was a large roofing crew and they were doing clean up by 2:00 p.m. The yard was spotless! If you need a roof, Nick Tracey Roofing is the company for you.

Nick, Brian and the whole team were great throughout the whole process. Came by to give me a quote quickly and scheduled me about 3 weeks out. The day of the install, the project manager, Brian, got there before the crew to keep everything running smoothly and make sure the crew had what they needed to start right when they arrived. It turned out we needed 12 sheets of plywood replaced on the roof in addition to the roof and then explained the cost and the reason why they should be replace.
We went forward with that and everything still got done in 1 day. The job site was super clean when they left, no nails or anything, you could barely tell they were even there! A week after, Brian gave me a call to check in and send along my docs. Couldn't recommend Nick and his team enough.

Top quality installation, paying close attention to details on my antique home. Nick Tracey Roofing went above and beyond to address the specific problems I was having with my roof. This was a very large project with more than 5,000 square feet of roofing in Owens Corning Quarry Gray. Small glitch with the permit was resolved but still a quality job on the installation. Highly recommend.

Nick Tracey Roofing did an amazing job on our house. They added a new ridge vent and a new Corning Inflow Vent system. This will really add better efficiency to our roof! They completed the job with in 1 day and completely cleaned up around the house. They were very professional and took down our ugly roof antenna. I would highly recommend these guys for your roofing needs! Before and after pictures.

I HIGHLY recommend Nick Tracey Roofing! From the day Nick came out to take a look at our roof until the roof was completed the entire experience was great! (We met with around 6 local roofing companies before hiring Nick Tracey Roofing). He was honest, reliable and communication was outstanding. The install days went really well, his crew was respectful and extremely hard workers.
The clean up was impeccable. Nick came by the following day to fix a couple punch items and made sure we were 100% happy with the job. Professional and Quality company. You will not be disappointed!

The entire crew was professional and did a great job. The program manager, Angel, was great, patient, personable, and always accessible for questions. There were a couple items, e.g., gutter hangers, I wish turned out different in terms of appearance, but overall I'm happy with the project.

Id like to recommend NICK TRACEY ROOFING for anyone looking for a new roof. From the start, working with their salesman Brian to working with their project manager Angel. Their co-operation was fantastic. Their crew were very professional and they didnt stop from morning till night. Their clean up was impeccable. For a house that is 120 years old it totally changed the looks. Angel took numerous photos and kept us informed throughout the process. The crew showed up early ready to work. They covered the entire house in traps plus. all the ground around the house. Removed all the old shingles, replace bad or damaged plywood. Completely wrapped the roof. Ice cap and drip edges completed the whole job including cleanup and magnetic nail pickup by end of day. Wife is happy so I'm happy. They even had an extra guy hanging out in his truck all day just in case.

Nick Tracey did an excellent job on our roofing project! Our house was built in 1900 and has multiple roofs and was certainly challenging. Repairs were needed along with roofing. The crew did excellent work. Cleaned up every speck of debris. Angel the Forman was kind, respectful and honest. He kept me up to date as the project progressed and was a great communicator. The crew worked so hard and we couldnt be happier!

Great experience using Nick Tracey Roofing. Mike was excellent in his inspection and really listened to what my needs and concerns were in finding a solution that worked for what was needed to be repaired and what fit my budget and long term needs. There was great communication from them until the project day. Angel and his team were excellent on the project day, they kept me updated throughout the day with pictures and worked extremely hard.

I had my roof replaced by Nick Tracey Roofing, and the experience was very high quality from start to finish. Brian and Bruce were the fantastic project managers, and both were professional, timely, and in constant communication throughout the entire process from inspection to replacement. Bruce sent me photos and updates regularly on replacement day and both of them followed up with me after completion to make sure everything was satisfactory.
The team finished a 3100+ sf roof in a day, including replacing some rotted plywood. The price was significantly less than expected for a roof of our size, and the quality of the work was excellent. I recommended Nick Tracey Roofing to a handful of neighbors and am grateful for their work and positive roofing experience.
