read moreRachel Eades - (Administrator) Rachel is committed to making sure your child gets personal care and attention! She worked at The Ark when it first opened in 2003 as the lead teacher in the Busy Beaver's room. Rachel graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Social and Behavioral Science and has over 50 hours of education at the Master's degree level. Rachel obtained in 2012 the Aim4Excellence National Director Credential through the McCormick Center for Early Childhood Leadership.
