Over the years Nocerino helped develop the full potential of the Gicle printing process and established many of the industry's best practices. After just a short time in business Nocerino had more work than he alone could produce and he hired the company's first employee Mike Teal. Teal's background as a professional photographer and pre-press technician provided the perfect skill-set to help Nocerino grow the business.
