Great experience for my first time renting A/V equipment easels for a corporate client. Received a quote in minutes of requesting. They were so helpful showing me how to use all the equipment and loading it in to my car. Will definitely be using for future A/V needs.

I've been in corporate event planning for 10 years, and working with Norman Sound has been, by far, the most pleasant experience I've had with an AV vendor. After receiving an outrageous quote from PSAV for a recent conference (who, unfortunately, tend to dominate the hotel contracts here in Charlotte), I reached out to NSP with only one week until the event start, fingers crossed for a miracle.

Not only were they able to provide a higher quantity and quality of equipment at a much more reasonable rate, but they also supplied a team onsite to oversee every detail throughout the three days (including last-minute changes, like presentation updates, video additions, etc.). Their team created a completely seamless experience, with sound, projection, staging, lighting, and more, all within budget. Actually, even with the added third-party vendor fee from the hotel, I still managed to come in thousands less than the original quote from PSAV.
