Lenz, we currently manage more than 25 hotels under multiple franchise brands within the families of Hilton and Marriott Hotels throughout the Midwest and Southwest. Dave Lenz brings more than three decades of knowledge to the operation of The North Central Group, including extensive knowledge of hotel development, income property finance, and management. Managing nine hotels and in excess of 1, 100 guest rooms in the greater Madison, Wisconsin, market alone makes us one of the biggest hotel firms in the area.
