As many of you know the cold/flu season is upon us. As a result, you or people around you may become sick. If so, you need to recognize the symptoms and know what to do. The symptoms include: Fever, cough, sore throat, runny-stuffy nose, body aches, chills, fatigue and vomiting/diarrhea. Most importantly, consult your Physician if you exhibit any of these symptoms. The CDC recommends that People with flu-like illness remain at home until at least 24 hours after they are free of fever (100 degrees Fahrenheit) or signs of a fever without the use of fever-reducing medication(i.e. Ibuprofen, Acetaminophen.
