NW Pool Plastering. Has been plastering swimming pools, spas, ponds and fountains in Oregon and Washington for over forty years. As a family run business located in Portland, Oregon; we began tiny and gradually expanded throughout the whole state of Oregon. As our reputation grew for providing quality swimming pool plastering, Washington was added to our service area and we added a line of brick pavers, which come in a range of colors.
