In 2008 Rebecca Norton celebrates her tenth year delivering professional health care for families and individuals in the Tulsa commmunity. Prior to practicing in Tulsa Rebecca practiced in inner-city Dallas Texas where she gained her Masters in counseling from Amber University. Rebecca is licensed to practice with a Certified Alcohol and Drug License. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist by the Oklahoma State Department of Health. The professional ethics required by all these licenses guide her practice.
