The doctors and staff are well informed and for the last 20 some years has been my dentist office. They always make me feel special. I have always been taken care of at the highest level. My husband has also been going there all these years and feels the same way I do. We tell family and friends to go there, the smart ones listen to us! Value for Money

Insurance
After calling to make an appointment for my daughter and asking whether or not they accepted and were contracted with my daughter's insurance (out of state plan through her dad's employer who also lives in a other state) I was reassured that yes, they were in fact contracted with that specific insurance. When I received the confirming phone call prior to the appointment, I again asked to make sure that they were contracted with the insurance company. I was quickly assured yet again that they accepted the insurance in question and were contracted with that insurance. At the time of our appointment, again my question about insurance coverage was again asked and answered as above. Yes, they accepted that insurance and yes, they were contracted with them. After a quick routine exam my daughter and I left with zero question as to whether they accepted the insurance. Now months later they sent me a bill for the balance of the bill because in reality THEY WERE NOT CONTRACTED with the insurance company after all. Not happy and will NOT refer any one to this office. I love these people in this place!
First off...I walked in and told them that want the dentist with the smallest hands and they totally are willing to accommodate me!Second off... they're amazingly patient when it comes to taking cash payments and taking care of business.
I have been a patient for years! As a matter of fact I see them Thursday.

Just wanted to give my hygienist Karla a shout out. I am 7 months pregnant, and went in for a cleaning today and she went above and beyond to make me comfortable. I was feeling extremely light headed, nauseated and clammy from laying flat on my back, and she sat me up, got me a cold glass of water, a cold cloth to put on my head, and finished my cleaning standing up so I didn't have to lay down anymore. I always get excellent care at this dentist office, but today really showed what sincere patient care is all about! Value for Money
