Oasis 1

Oasis was set up in November 1998 and has offered the greater Phoenix area with 1st class individual training programs, group fitness activities and marathon training. We moved to our pretty, new facility (pictured above) in January 2008. We currently provide over 4, 500 square feet of individual training and group fitness space that is catered to reach your fitness aims. Our comprehensive individual training programs will give the accountability, motivation and supervision necessary to gain your fitness aims.
