read moreOasis Guest House and our sister property, Adams Bed & Breakfast, have a limited number of assigned parking spaces available in an alley behind our properties. Our spaces can accommodate small or medium sized vehicles only. Unfortunately, spaces cannot be reserved in advance. Guests with vehicles must contact our office before parking your vehicle. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis (unfortunately, advance reservations not available for parking). While we often have parking spaces available, from time to time they may be sold out.

A $25 cancellation fee applies. Under most circumstances, we are unable to issue refunds for early departures or cancellations fewer than 7 days before arrival. Exception: If we are able to re-rent the room, your deposit will be refunded, less a $25 cancellation fee.
